Rosalie Sorrels First Annual Music Festival

 —  —

Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park, Meridian, Idaho

So thrilled to be included in the lineup for this tribute festival honoring one of my music idols and inspirations, the late Rosalie Sorrels. This is the first of what is to be an annual event near where she lived in Boise, with many gathering from around the country to celebrate her life and music. The event will be held just outside of Boise in Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park in Meridian. A great lineup is scheduled. I'll be playing early evening Saturday, 6/22 and again on Sunday, 6/23 around noon. The event is free!! But donations are sorely needed. Johnny Williams CD Release: Gotcha Covered Benefit Concert

Johnny's Speakeasy, 2923 Dexter Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan

I'm organizing and performing in a benefit concert to support the SAVE THE GREEN RIVER SCHOOLHOUSE GoFundMe campaign (https://www.gofundme.com/greenriverschoolhouse). The concert celebrates the release of Johnny Williams' CD "Gotcha Covered" created to help support the Schoolhouse fundraising project. It is a double CD of Johnny's original songs covered by artist friends who have performed at Johnny's Speakeasy and/or the Green River Schoolhouse. The lineup is incredible including: Shari Kane & Dave Steele, Billy King, Bill Edwards, Chris Buhalis, Dave Boutette & Kristi Davis and many more---all performing the songs we recorded for the CD. The Sidemen Band will be on hand to perform and back up the CD lineup as well. All proceeds to go to support the Green River Schoolhouse fund. Tickets available at the door. Suggested price $30. CDs will be on sale at the event. For more info visit Green River Schoolhouse on Facebook.
