Always an honor to be included in the lineup for this annual concert in support of the local Veterans for Peace Chapter 93 educational scholarship fund. The lineup includes a host of Michigan artists all performing songs about peace and freedom.

Every year, the day after Thanksgiving, my friend Matt Watroba - folksinger/troubadour following in the footsteps of Pete Seeger, bringing people together in song - hosts a community sing at The Ark - Ann Arbor, home of folk music in our great state of Michigan and nestled in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. The last few years Matt has invited artist friends to form an on-stage choir, joining him and the audience with harmonies on his tunes. I have had the good fortune to be able to be a part of that choir each year and will be again this year. I look forward to it! It's always an unforgettable night. Tickets available online.

I'm helping to organize the annual Pete Seeger Birthday Benefit for our treasured Ark Folk Club in Ann Arbor, happening Th. May 6, 8pm. We will have an amazing lineup of musicians performing the music of Pete Seeger to honor Pete's deep legacy in activism and music while raising funds to help support The Ark, a place he held in esteem and one beloved to our community. Bucktown Kickback celebrates the 20th anniversary of the release of their album Lost in Your Own Hometown with a midwest tour that brings them to Ziggy's in Ypsilanti, Wednesday, June 23! They have invited my band to join them for this show and we couldn't be more excited to celebrate with them! Door cover (tba) - no tickets.
